How do I come up with my comic? Well I just wait until inspiration hits me. Or my friends crack me up.
Anyways, after a six month hiatus I think it is time to finally post something new. This one was done using the last photo I had taken and it was the comic that had never gotten finished. The next one means I will work on it from home. Hopefully I will get motivated to do that this weekend.
Because I will be doing these from home for the time being the website will only be updated once a week on Monday for the comic. I may blog a little more often than that though. We will see.
New Year

But I do want to motivate on our ideas for a podcast. In fact that is all I could think as I tried to fall asleep last night and it kept me up for about an hour lying awake thinking about ideas and format for the show.
First the announcement that Justin, who was a large motivator to re-starting the podcast, will not be joining us on any regular basis. The reason is that his kids started 4H and it takes place on the day we did our first three podcasts. It was not a decision he made lightly but his family always comes first.
But one of the ideas I have been kicking around for quite some time is based off of a comic done by Apple Geeks.

Wed, 12/30/2009 - 11:52 — CoignI took 9 days off of work and am now paying for it with 9-10 hour workdays of being swamped. But this is a very short post as I have not updated here in a while and am feeling guilty but don't have time to go into a lot of detail.
Sorry about lack of updates. I will get the latest podcast edited and up this weekend. Then we will start recording the new one on the 6th, my birthday. Not sure what the next one will be about but we have some ideas we will be kicking around.

Here is the first official episode. Fully edited with music and everything. Please leave me comments or suggestions in the forum, or if you know me personally, drop me an e-mail. I would like to hear any criticism and and feedback to try and make this podcast better each time. And I am getting faster at editing having figured out multi-tracks and some better balancing of sound levels. I have also found some automation tools I look forward to using on the next one to hopefully even make editing even faster and easier.

Wed, 11/18/2009 - 00:20 — CoignI am happy to get this up before our podcast tomorrow. Although I have been told that Ryan will not make our first show. Not that we really have any format or structure yet. Thus the reason it is called The Nameless for the time being.
I still have quite a bit of work to do but eventually I will try and add some music and an intro and outro to it.
But I met my promise to get this up before Wednesday, OK technically it is Wednesday as it is 12:19 at night but back off. This editing thing is tough.
